15mm thick frameless balustrade glass panel, 1200mm wide x 1000mm high. Toughened safety glass with secondary heat-soak processing to European standard EN14179 (reduces risk of nickel-sulphide spontaneous breakage). All four edges flat polished with 3mm radius corners for safety and a clean visual finish. The 1000mm height suits standard balustrade installations where the panel is mounted in 15mm balustrade-rated spigots (which raise the bottom of the glass off the floor) or in a versatile aluminium base channel - the spigot/channel + 1000mm panel combination achieves the NCC Volume 2 minimum 1m balustrade height for falls greater than 1m. Install per AS/NZS 1170.0, AS/NZS 1170.1 and NCC2022 balustrade design actions and barrier requirements; refer to engineer specification for spigot spacing and panel-to-panel gap based on the specific load case.
