Pickup - load to your vehicle

Collect from your chosen depot. Our team picks and stages your order and helps you load.

We pick and pack your order with care, and our depot team is there to help you load. Glass panels travel flat and supported, in a ute tray or trailer. Longer items like rail and channel, and metal fence panels, suit a roof rack rated for the length and weight, or a trailer, ute or truck. Bringing the right vehicle for what you've ordered keeps pickup quick and easy, so if you'd like a hand working out what suits, give us a call before you come in.

The smart way to collect glass - strap it to a pallet

The trade moves glass on an A-frame. Here's how you get the same advantage. For a small charge, we flat-pack and strap your glass panels securely to a pallet at the depot, then load the whole pallet straight onto your ute or small truck with a forklift. The pallet is the secure base, the top and sides stay open, so there's no bringing blankets or cardboard to separate the sheets, no awkward hand-loading, and your glass travels flat and strapped for the trip home.

We pack your order in a fully enclosed crate for collection, protected on all sides, ready for you or your transport to take from the depot.

A fully enclosed crate protects your glass on every side, ideal for a longer trip or collection by your own transport. A forklift may be used to load the crate at the depot. Once collected, the onward transport is yours. We confirm the crate cost with your order, based on your order size, your largest panel, and whether a skid is needed for long lengths like rail or channel.

Ship / courier - small hardware

Small hardware can travel by post or courier. Glass panels and long lengths are best suited to pickup, local delivery or freight, so this option is for hardware-only orders. We'll confirm the cost with your order.

Freight - anywhere in Australia

Outside a delivery zone? We crate your order and freight it to you through TOLL, to your door or your nearest TOLL depot. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days, depending on distance and route.

For freight, your glass is packed in a fully enclosed crate, protected on all sides for the long haul, and long lengths like rail or channel travel on a skid. We book the freight through TOLL. We'll need your full delivery address to price it, because freight depends on exactly where it's going and how the truck reaches you. We confirm the crate cost with your order, based on your order size, your largest panel, and whether a skid is needed.

No markup on freight.

We freight through the most cost-effective carrier and depot for your order and pass on the bulk carrier rates directly. We don't add anything to the base freight cost. No charge is taken at checkout, you'll see the freight price and confirm it before anything ships.

How long it takes.

Within about 300km of a depot, allow 3 to 5 working days. Depots on major highways often run daily, so those orders can move quickly once they leave the warehouse. More remote areas have less frequent runs, so allow extra time. Orders to Tasmania travel across Bass Strait and take a little longer.

We choose the smart route, not just the fast one.

Where there's a choice, we pick the most cost-effective freight route. Pushing for a day or two faster can add 30 to 50 percent to the freight cost, and we'd rather keep your freight down than shave a day.

Planning for Christmas or Easter?

Order early. Through peak periods, stock, lead times and freight capacity all tighten as carriers fill up and warehouses move to holiday processing times. Getting your order in well ahead means you're sorted, not caught by a cut-off.

A two-person team delivers and unloads to the front of your property, within about 10 metres of the truck. You don't lift a thing, the ideal choice if you'd rather leave the heavy work to us.

Delivery is to the front of your property, a flat, accessible spot such as your driveway or frontage, within about 10 metres of where the truck parks, where the team can unload safely. Someone needs to be there to receive the order, as it's delivered by truck and unloaded by hand. Local delivery takes 3 to 4 working days, and a little longer in busy seasons. The $179 and $279 rates cover metro zones; outer areas add a small charge, confirmed at checkout.

Have a ute or small truck? You can skip delivery, have your glass strapped to a pallet for $25 to $35 at the depot, and collect it yourself, saving around $150. See Pickup above.
