These terms and conditions govern your use of the Barrier Hub website (barrierhub.com.au) and your purchase of products from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Barrier Hub is a trading name of ECO Systems Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 24 697 054 327, ACN 697 054 327), registered at Suite 4360, 470 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004.

1. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive a tax invoice by email.

After checkout, we review stock availability and freight cost. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or refund.

2. Pricing and GST

All prices displayed on this website include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of order.

4. Delivery

Products are drop-shipped directly from the supplier. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Freight cost is confirmed after order review and may be invoiced separately. Risk of damage or loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by these terms. If a product has a major failure as defined by the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. See our Returns Policy for full details.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website are error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, you may return it under our Returns Policy.

7. Calculator and Bill of Materials

Our calculator provides estimates based on the measurements you enter. While we strive for accuracy, the calculator output should be verified by a qualified professional before ordering. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect measurements entered by the user.

8. Compliance

Pool fencing products are intended to comply with AS 1926.1. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and installer to ensure the completed installation meets all applicable Australian Standards and local council requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, calculator algorithms, and software — is the property of ECO Systems Holdings Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or purchase of products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant products. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
