Blade balustrade access gate, 975mm wide x 1000mm high, in matt black powder-coated aluminium blade construction. Construction: 50 x 16mm RHS pickets face-welded to a 40 x 40 x 2.4mm SHS frame (horizontal rails and side stiles), 4 weld points per picket, alloy 6061-T6, 77mm picket gap spacing, aluminium caps pre-inserted into pickets and plastic caps pre-inserted into the side stiles. Designed for use at the top or bottom of stairs in a Blade balustrade run to stop young children moving between levels, and as a general access gate where a 1m height is appropriate. Install per AS/NZS 1170 and NCC Volume 2 balustrade design actions and barrier requirements; pair with self-closing hinges and a suitable latch. Standard 975mm width matches the standard Blade gate footprint and pairs cleanly with the 1000H balustrade panel (BLA-PNL-1700-1000-B). NOT rated for pool fencing - the 1000mm height does not meet AS 1926.1 (use the 1200H pool-fence gate BLA-GATE-0975-1200-B for pool fencing). Colour-matched to the Blade matt black aluminium range.
