PIK base joiner in black nylon plastic, designed to clip onto 4 pickets (2 from one panel and 2 from the adjacent panel) at the base of a butt-join between two PIK panels. Keeps adjacent panels in alignment and prevents spreading of the panel during install - highly recommended when installing multiple 1200mm wide PIK panels (PIK-INL-1200-1280-B) butt-joined for a continuous run, and at the join between an inline panel and a 90° curved corner panel (PIK-CURV-1000-1280-B). For surface-mount installations, remove the joiner clip after the panels are bolted down. For grout-in installations, the joiner may remain in place and be buried in the grout. Used in pool fencing installations to AS 1926.1 to maintain consistent 80mm picket centre-to-centre spacing across panel joins.
