PIK 90° curved corner panel in satin black powder-coated galvanised steel, 1000mm W x 1000mm D x 1280mm H. Innovative pre-made curved panel that fits a 1000mm x 1000mm corner opening - simply leave the 1m square space at the corner of a PIK pool fence run and the curved panel butts straight up to adjacent inline panels (PIK-INL-1200-1280-B) for a clean, professional 90° corner without on-site curve fabrication. Radius of curve is R1311mm (measured from outside). Same construction as the straight panel: 32mm diameter pickets (3mm wall galvanised steel) with epoxy base coat then powder coat, welded to a 12mm thick x 100mm wide curved steel plinth with 18 pickets at 80mm centres (48mm gaps). The plinth has 4 internally-welded M16 threaded nutserts on the underside and 8 elongated fixing holes (suit M10 or M12 fixings) for surface-mount installation; can also be recessed into a channel and grouted in. Pool fence compliant to AS 1926.1. Each panel weighs 61kg. Top caps pre-inserted into pickets. Use a base joiner (PIK-BASEJOINER-5PK) at the joins to adjacent inline panels to keep alignment, and base plate plugs (PIK-BASEPLUG-B-10PK) to fill any unused fixing holes.
