Product details

PIK inline pool fence panel, 1200mm wide x 1280mm high, in satin black powder-coated galvanised steel with epoxy base coat for superior corrosion resistance. Construction: 15 vertical pickets, 32mm diameter (3mm wall thickness) galvanised steel, welded to a 1200mm long x 100mm wide x 12mm thick steel plinth. Pickets are at 80mm centres providing 48mm gap spacing, with the end picket on each end set 40mm in from the plinth edge so adjacent panels butt up flush to maintain consistent 80mm centres across panel joins. Plinth has 6 elongated fixing holes (suit M10 or M12 fixings) for surface-mount installation, plus 4 internally-welded M16 threaded nutserts on the underside for threaded-rod fixing per Install Option 1A. Top caps pre-inserted into each picket. Each panel weighs 52kg - supplied in steel stillages of 10 panels (570kg approx) for forklift handling. Pool fence compliant to AS 1926.1. Three install methods supported: (1) bolted to concrete/timber via plinth fixings, (2) plinth recessed and grouted in (50mm channel - 1230mm of picket protrudes, exceeds AS 1926.1 1200mm minimum), or (3) butt-joined to a 90° curved corner panel (PIK-CURV-1000-1280-B). Use a base joiner (PIK-BASEJOINER-5PK) at panel joins to maintain alignment, base plate plugs (PIK-BASEPLUG-B-10PK) for unused fixing holes, and replacement top caps (PIK-TC-B-5PK) if needed.
