PIK Kit in a Box in satin black powder-coated galvanised steel with epoxy base coat for superior corrosion resistance. Each kit contains: 10 x 32mm diameter pickets (3mm wall thickness) at 1600mm long, 10 x top caps, 10 x "C" top spacer clips and 10 x "C" bottom spacer clips (clips in polyethylene). The 1600mm picket length - longer than the 1280mm height of the welded plinth panel - is intended for installations where a standard panel won't work: raked fence runs (cut to angle), step points or changes of level requiring higher pickets, organic curves, or deeper picket embedment grouted directly into the ground. The "C" clips press onto pickets at top and bottom and provide 80mm centre-to-centre spacing (48mm gap) - same spacing as the 1200mm welded panel - keeping pickets accurately positioned during install even on curves. Bottom clip remains in place when grout is poured; top clip stays installed until grout sets, then is removed. Use the PIK Lever (PIK-LEVER) for final picket alignment via the top of the picket. Two install options: 2A grout-in (channel 300mm wide x 600mm deep), or 2B core-drill into existing concrete (42mm core bit, ~100mm deep, finish with dress rings PIK-DR-B). Pool fence compliant to AS 1926.1 when 1200mm minimum picket protrudes above ground. Colour-matched to black PIK panels (use PIK-KIT-0752-1600-W for white). Note: "0752" in the SKU appears to refer to the 752mm finished spacing footprint of 10 pickets at 80mm centres (10 x 80 = 800mm spacing minus offsets).
