Blade 50 x 50mm base-plated aluminium pool fence post, 1600mm high in matt black powder-coated finish. Designed for surface-mounting onto a hard substrate (concrete, paved or timber deck) where in-ground core-drilling isn't suitable, with extra height over the 1300mm post (SS-1300-BP-B) for boundary fencing or stepped sites. The post has a welded 8mm-thick base plate (135 x 100mm with 4 x Ø11mm fixing holes), 1.8mm wall thickness in alloy 6063-T6, supplied with a black top cap pre-fitted. Used with 1200H Blade pool-fence panels (BLA-PNL-2200-1200-B) to AS 1926.1 when cut down to height, or with 1000H boundary panels (BLA-PNL-1700-1000-B) for full-height boundary applications. Provides the structural upright that Blade aluminium panels attach to via FastFit brackets (FF-BH-OPEN-4PK-B). Note: 11mm base plate holes suit M10 fixings, NOT M12 - use M10 fixing kits (S-110LAG-4PK timber lag or S-120ROD-4PK concrete) with M10 dome nuts (S-M10DN-4PK). Colour-matched to the Blade matt black aluminium fencing range. Pair with FastFit brackets and a 2-part welded-baseplate domical cover (SS-DC-B) to finish the base.
