Blade 2-part domical cover in matt black powder-coated aluminium, designed to fit over the welded 135 x 100mm base plate of a Blade base-plated post (SS-1300-BP-B or SS-1600-BP-B) to conceal the base plate, fixings and any unevenness in the substrate finish. Outer dimensions: 140mm L x 106mm H x 30mm H. The cover splits into two halves so it can be fitted around an already-installed post without removing it; clips together to form a clean domed cap at the post base. Used in pool fencing installations to AS 1926.1 to give the base of base-plated posts a finished appearance. Suits welded 135 x 100mm base plates ONLY - will NOT fit the screw-fixed base plate set (XP-BP-SET-B); for that use the 106 x 106mm 2-part cover (XP-DC-2P-B) instead.
