Post base-plate set in Monument (monument matt) powder-coat aluminium, 100 x 100mm plate with 4x pre-punched fixing holes, supplied with 4x 12G x 50mm long countersunk screws to attach the plate to the screw flutes inside an XP full post (XP-2400-FP-MN). Once attached, fix the assembly down to a slab (top-mount) or to a fascia / slab edge / joist (side-mount) per engineer's spec - this is the standard side-mount / fascia-mount kit for perf pool fencing. Suitable for pool fencing load requirements per AS 1926.1-2012. ONLY suits the XP-2400/6000-FP posts (does not suit SS- core-drill or SS- welded-BP posts, which already have their fin / base plate from the factory). Conceal the plate after install with the matching XP-DC-2P-MN two-part domical cover (106 x 106mm - matches this 100 x 100mm plate). Available in satin black (XP-BP-SET-B) and monument matt (XP-BP-SET-MN).
