Full post with welded base plate, 1050mm high in satin black powder-coated aluminium. The standard catalogue surface-mount Premium Perf balustrade post for top-of-slab installations on concrete or timber. 50 x 50mm extrusion in Alloy 6106 T6 (premium, rigid alloy) with 3.2mm wall thickness, and a welded 100 x 100mm x 10mm base plate with 4 x Ø11mm fixing holes. Cut down the top of the post to reduce overall height if needed. Screw flutes in the post extrusion allow non-weld fixing of the undercapping rail (for use with the 75 x 30mm rectangular A50-5800-RHR-B or oval A50-5800-OHR-B handrail). Note: 11mm base plate holes suit M10 fixings (NOT M12) - use M10 timber-fixing kit (S-110LAG-4PK) or M10 concrete-fixing kit (S-120ROD-4PK). Pair with the U-channel from the framekit (PP-BAL-FRAMEKIT-B) screw-fixed to the post for the panel attachment, plus a 2-part domical cover (XP-DC-2P-B) to conceal the base plate. Install per AS/NZS 1170.0 and AS/NZS 1170.1 and NCC 2022 balustrade design actions and barrier requirements; certificate of compliance available on request.
