BARR 50 x 25mm aluminium top cap in matt black powder-coated finish. Press-fits onto the open top of a BARR post to seal it against water ingress and give the post a finished appearance. Standard BARR posts ship with the cap integrated, so this SKU is only needed when an installer cuts down a taller post on site (typically a 1800 or 2500 BARR post from the Pool Fence-Aluminium-Barr tab cut to a custom balustrade height) and the original integrated cap is lost in the cut. Install per AS/NZS 1170 and NCC Volume 2 balustrade design actions and barrier requirements; the cap is a cosmetic seal, not structural. Colour-matched to the BARR matt black aluminium range; for white finish use BR-TCA-W.
