M8 blind rivet nut insert (nut-sert) used to create an internal M8 thread inside the wall of a round or square stainless steel post so a glass clamp can be screw-fixed to the post. Inserted into a pre-drilled hole in the post wall using a specialised nut-sert tool that pulls the body of the insert to clamp it permanently against the inside of the post; once installed, the insert presents an M8 internal thread for an M8 hex-socket cap screw (MOD-M8-CS) to attach the rear plate of any compatible glass clamp (GC-D-RB / GC-D-FB / GC-S-RB / GC-S-FB). Install per AS 1926.1 pool fencing or AS 1288 / NCC Volume 2 balustrade.
