Visor aluminium baluster in mill finish (uncoated, ready to powder coat), 50 x 10mm rectangular profile, 1200mm high, supplied as a 4-pack. Made from alloy 6063 T6 with an innovative cross-section featuring 2 screw flutes plus internal rigidity ribs. Each baluster is pre-drilled with 1 x 6mm hole 73.5mm up from the bottom, enabling fast sideways fixing into the Visor face-mount or deck-mount base. Mill finish suits jobs that need a custom powder-coat colour to match adjacent finishes - confirm spec with the powder-coater before ordering. Install per AS/NZS 1170, AS/NZS 1664.1 and NCC Volume 2; engineer compliance certification available on request. For pre-coated finishes use matt black VIS-1200-BAL-B-4PK or matt white VIS-1200-BAL-W-4PK; for longer continuous runs cut to length from the 6100mm bar VIS-6100-BAL-M.
