Visor aluminium deck-mount T profile in pearl matt white powder-coated finish, 4000mm long. Sturdy 10mm-thick base with a 10.5mm-thick vertical profile (98.5mm overall standoff). The base is fully machined entire length to screw-fix 50 x 10mm Visor balusters at 100mm centres giving 90mm gaps - 40 balusters per length - with each baluster receiving 2 x fixings from underneath plus 1 x sideways fixing. Pre-drill through the deck-mount profile into the substrate (suggested at 300mm centres or less) for chemical anchor or mechanical fix per the substrate. The 4000mm screw-fix side cover (VIS-4000-COV-DECK-W) is INCLUDED with the kit. End plates (VIS-DMEP-W-2PK) close off exposed ends. Install per AS/NZS 1170, AS/NZS 1664.1 and NCC Volume 2; engineer compliance certification available on request. Made from alloy 6063 T6. Available in matt black (VIS-4000-DECK-B), pearl matt white and mill (VIS-4000-DECK-M).
