Visor aluminium face-mount L profile in matt black powder-coated finish, 4000mm long. Sturdy 12.5mm-thick base with 11mm overall thick vertical profile (101mm overall standoff). The base is fully machined entire length to screw-fix 50 x 10mm Visor balusters at 100mm centres giving 90mm gaps - 40 balusters per length - with each baluster receiving 2 x fixings from underneath plus 1 x sideways fixing. Fixes off the side of a slab/landing/balcony face rather than the deck top - pre-drill through the profile into the substrate (suggested at 300mm centres or less). 2 x 4000mm bottom screw-fix cover extrusions (VIS-4000-COV-FACE-B) are INCLUDED with the kit and slide in to conceal the underside fixings. End plates (VIS-FMEP-B-2PK) close off exposed ends. Install per AS/NZS 1170, AS/NZS 1664.1 and NCC Volume 2; engineer compliance certification available on request. Made from alloy 6063 T6. Available in matt black, pearl matt white (VIS-4000-FACE-W) and mill (VIS-4000-FACE-M); for non-machined runs (e.g. custom stair welds) use VIS-5000-FM-NM-M.
