Visor aluminium top undercapping plate in pearl matt white powder-coated finish, 4000mm long, 67mm wide, 2.2mm plate thickness. Pre-slotted with 40 elongated holes at 100mm centres which the 50 x 10mm Visor balusters insert through; mates with the friction insert (VIS-3050-INS-2PK) which slides into the plate and grips each baluster on both sides. Features 2 x screw flutes used for mechanically fixing handrail end plates (VIS-EP-W) and wall/post brackets (VIS-WB-W) at run terminations. Install per AS/NZS 1170, AS/NZS 1664.1 and NCC Volume 2; engineer compliance certification available on request. The 70 x 23mm Visor handrail (VIS-6100-HRAIL-W) snap-fixes over the assembled plate-plus-insert. Made from alloy 6063 T6. For raked stair runs (34-37°) use VIS-4942-PLATE-R-W. Available in matt black (VIS-4000-PLATE-B), pearl matt white and mill (VIS-4000-PLATE-M).
