Visor aluminium face-mount L profile in mill finish (uncoated, ready to powder coat), 5000mm long, with NO machined holes. Used for customised situations such as staircases at angles outside the 34-37° range covered by the standard raked plate, or other one-off geometries where the pre-machined 4000mm face-mount profile won't suit. Requires welding of 50 x 10mm Visor balusters to the profile (the standard machined version uses screw fixings only - the rest of the system is no-weld). Bottom cover extrusion (VIS-4000-COV-FACE-M) sold separately if desired - not included with this non-machined SKU. For top handrail on stair runs use the raked undercapping plate (VIS-4942-PLATE-R-B / -W / -M) which suits 34-37°; for other angles, the undercapping plate also needs to be custom. Install per AS/NZS 1170, AS/NZS 1664.1 and NCC Volume 2 - confirm engineering for non-standard installations. Made from alloy 6063 T6. Available in mill only.
